Late, late in the Wii's lifespan they put Majora's Mask out on its VC library. The revised Wii Remote Motion Plus (the only one you could get during the Wii U days) wasn't able to play nice with that particular adapter so I couldn't return to my favourite VC library with the ease I was used to. ![]() It's why I defend the Wii U's versions to some extent. So many fantastic games were able to look the best they ever did for me at the time, but gameplay/controls will always trump graphics for me. I won't/can't play N64 games without the original controller wherever possible, at the time of the original Wii's VC release schedule I would hook up the Wii Remote to an adapter that allowed connections 1:1 to OG controllers, the N64 controller being one of them. ![]() ![]() ![]() Ideally, you'd probably want to play through the Ocarina remaster first and then jump over to Majora's Mask. Have an open mind, temper your expectations, allow for some old and out-dated stuff, and then go straight for the 3DS version.
